- حاملة للشهادة الجامعية(أو الدبلوم على أقل تقدير).
- على المتقدمة إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقه (تحدث – قرائة - كتابة).
- إجادة إستخدام الحاسب الآلي.
- يفضل من لديهم خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمة العملاء.
